4th International Conference on Enlightenment Therapy

Praise be to God, and prayers and peace be upon our master, the Messenger of Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace

The Fourth International Conference on Enlightenment Therapy (spiritual and psychological energy) was held from October 21-22, 2022 in Al Qasr Hall at the Hamdan Plaza Hotel in Salalah, in which I participated in research on the psychological and spiritual dimension of emotional wellness. The conference discussed 14 scientific papers, in which the attendees discussed the following topics:

Enlightenment Practitioner's Guide (Spiritual and Psychic Energy)

- An idea about Ibn Ata Allah Al-Iskandari and his book Al-Hukam

- The human self between the choice of abandonment and the movement of manifestation

- Intelligence and spiritual guidance

Faith and the awakening of man's latent powers, energies and abilities

Psychological and spiritual dimension of emotional wellness

The effect of dialectical behavioral therapy skills on improving emotional regulation difficulties in a sample of female prison inmates in the Sultanate of Oman

Psychiatry as the highest type of human medicine

- The role of the organization's spirituality in achieving employee happiness in light of the smart leadership style

- The power of belief in the treatment of mental and physical ailments

Applications of spiritual enlightenment methods (Samharam School as a model)

- Mental alertness in contemplation and contemplation with God Almighty

Low self-esteem and its relationship to the psychological pressures that cause disturbances and some misconceptions in the Islamic spiritual culture

A suggested conception of methodological integrity

At the conclusion of the two-day conference, the conference concluded with the following recommendations

1- Pursuing the enlightenment advocated by the methodology of Ibn Ataa al-Iskandari in remembrance, study, and self-purification as one of the results of the walkers to God.

2- The importance of using the guidance of the practitioner of enlightenment therapy (spiritual and psychological energy) for therapists and psychological counselors when adopting enlightenment as a psychological treatment.

3- The main goal of enlightenment is to purify the soul, mind and heart, and to draw closer to God.

4- Enlightenment is through love that helps brighten the heart.

5- An invitation to researchers, counsellors and psychotherapists to increase their research and field studies on the subject of enlightenment therapy and to publish the results that they will obtain upon application.

6- Conducting more research to improve palliative care services.

7- Applying practical methods to enhance spiritual intelligence (such as learning about personal values, silence, solitude and meditation, gratitude and giving, self-knowledge)

8- Writing books in which some of the skills, steps, and practices applied by psychotherapists are included in the stages of their treatment; So that those affiliated with psychology can see it and use it as references in their treatment practice.

9- Contribute to spreading the culture of spirituality of the organization in the light of the smart leadership style.

10- Spreading a spiritual climate that leads to dissolving differences and making them feel that they are employers to increase production and achieve workers' happiness.

11- That the leader be chosen based on smart (transformational) leadership in our institutions with intelligences and capabilities.

12- Spiritual and psychological treatment: following what came in the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Noble Messenger instead of going to those who make sorcery a profession and a fraud to earn money from patients.

13- Adopting the three intelligences of intelligent leadership (emotional, spiritual and logical) through which we achieve the spirituality of the organization.

14- Paying attention to the establishment of counseling units in various universities and colleges to provide counseling, preventive and therapeutic services to all members of society in the strength of belief in the treatment of mental and physical illnesses.

15- Calling on Arab governments to allocate an independent budget to enhance programs and skills of dialectical behavioral therapy, which would improve the difficulties of emotional regulation.

16- Conducting courses for teachers on how self-esteem and its relationship to psychological stress; And the need to include it in their practices today in the classroom situation.

17- The researcher called on specialists in psychiatry to delve into the research about whether the spiritual and psychological dimension has an impact on emotional well-being and what is the extent of benefiting from this aspect in aspects of life.

18- The use of modern technologies mainly in enlightenment therapy programs.

19- The individual's personal interest in the human self and its liberation from feelings that weaken the energy of a person, such as feelings of hatred, hatred, and anxiety about the future.

20- Overcoming obstacles and identifying the problems facing therapists using the method of astrotherapy.

21- Enlightenment and communication with the real self through realization, awareness, and knowing how to control the imaginary self.

22- Modifying the parents’ attitudes towards the way of raising their children and their reliance on a normal, healthy education free from violence, intimidation and self-destruction.

23- Work to achieve job satisfaction in all its forms, identify the causes of job dissatisfaction and submit proposals to overcome it.

24- Holding a lot of workshops and research related to the spirituality of the system in achieving employee happiness in the light of the smart leadership style.
